Visitors at Point of Decision
Guests will be able to access the Electronic Ticket Agent (ETA) from specifically deployed kiosks located at various high traffic locations including hotels and visitor information centres. The ETA's allow them to easily review event and venue information, determine ticket availability and pricing, and ultimately purchase tickets. These free-standing and desktop terminals are available 24 hours a day and feature digital video displays which allow for numerous advertising possibilities.
Web-Based E-Ticketing
EKI offers tour and attraction operators the ability to easily integrate advanced e-ticketing functionality into their own website. Your support staff can also easily use the same system to purchase tickets on behalf of visitors. These e-tickets can be e-mailed directly to clients, or may be printed locally and held for your guests on arrival.
Box Office
Using your existing computer hardware, EKI can supply tour organizations with access to our patented e-ticketing software and desktop ticket printers, allowing organizations to print professional tickets on demand.
In each of these models, ticket purchases are made through credit card transactions, which are processed immediately upon order confirmation. As tickets are sold, the central database is updated in real-time to prevent overselling of tickets or duplication of seat assignments, and will provide up to date information to the registered vendors to facilitate their inventory control.
